ANNA KEUTGEN
Anna is the head of the Division of Vegetables and Ornamentals at the BOKU in Vienna. Her research focuses on quality aspects of horticultural products under several cultivation systems (e.g. hydroponic, aquaponics, vertical farming), environmental influence, stress factors, storage and processing systems; pre- and post-harvest physiology of horticultural plants, crop plant and stress physiology, evaluation and improvement of nutritive and economic values of horticultural products as raw and processed food for human health.
