ISABEL WIESHOFER

Isabel is the Head of the Section Landscape and Open Space planning for the Department of Urban Planning at the City of Vienna. Before this she took the lead on the European Union project “URBAN SMS”, collaborating with cities across Europe this project focused on urban soil management. At the same time she was involved in the area of “Nature Conservation” in the city of Vienna Department of Environmental Protection. Isabel has an extensive academic background in research regarding nature preservation in urban environments.
