WOLFGANG PALME

Wolfgang is head of Department Vegetable Growing at Horticultural College and Research Institute in Schönbrunn – Vienna. In his research work he develops alternative vegetable production systems that are seasonal, regenerative and ecological, but nevertheless abundant. In 2012 he founded the City Farm Schönbrunn as a garden of diversity where urban people enjoy growing their own vegetables.
